THE TAKING OF JORDAN (ALL AMERICAN BOY)

2022  |  07:39  |  Digital

Posthumously starring STEVE YORK, JACQUES CHALON, and JOHN JEFFRIES

Jordan, an amateur adult performer, recalls the horror of his many former lives.

Winner: Jury Prize, Best of the Festival, 33rd Onion City Experimental Film Festival

“THE TAKING OF JORDAN by Kalil Haddad is brutal, but not without sympathy. The film, however brief, feels anything but. The soft edges of DV and static filled stills, accessorized by harrowing dialogue, force a reconciliation of desire and repulsion, the past and the present, and the line between experience and exploitation."

– Paige Taul, Onion City Juror
